Bai Tu Long Bay - Many scenic spots without human footprints
Bai
Tu Long Bay has cultural sediments, spiritual
tourism and eco-tourism values; in which Soi Nhu
culture is the cradle of prehistoric Vietnamese
people dating back about 25,000 years ago,
equivalent to Hoa Binh culture; Vo Nhai culture
(Thai Nguyen). Historically, with the classic naval
battle of Van Don in 1288, Nhan Hue Vuong Tran Khanh
Du commanded the Tran Dynasty army and people to
defeat the Yuan - Mongol army's food ships led by
enemy general Truong Van Ho, when invading our
country.
Bai Tu Long Bay tour route to be put into operation soon
The
Ha Long Bay Management Board needs to be more
proactive and creative in tourism management and
promotion. For products that have been invested in
but not yet put into operation, the Board needs to
urgently work with the Departments and branches to
advise and report to the province and the Central
Government to remove obstacles and put them into
operation soon; research and propose to add beaches,
caves and include cultural and artistic activities
here in the list of new service and tourism.
Connecting Ha Long and Bai Tu Long heritage bays to expand tourism space
According
to the plan, in 2024, Quang Ninh will launch 62 new
products to serve tourists. Of which, 11 products
exploit the advantages of Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu
Long Bay. Typical examples include a day as a
fisherman in Vung Vieng fishing village, traditional
dragon boat racing on Ha Long Bay, relaxing in the
sea and organizing beach services on natural sand
beaches, restaurant cruise combined with wedding on
Ha Long Bay... In particular, the tourism products
for sightseeing and accommodation.
Developing high-end island tourism in Bai Tu Long Bay, Van Don, Co To
On
March 12, at the working session with the Standing
Committee of Co To District Party Committee and the
Standing Committee of Van Don District Party
Committee, the leaders of the Standing Committee of
Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee emphasized
that Van Don and Co To must both identify great
opportunities, when they have increasingly
synchronous and modern socio-economic
infrastructure, when people's lives have been
greatly improved compared to before, and the two
island.
Inauguration of coastal road Halong - Bai Tu Long
The
road is 18.7km long, with 2 additional outer lanes,
additional items to complete the traffic safety
system , regional traffic connections, and lighting.
In addition to 6 lanes, this coastal road also has
5m wide sidewalks on each side, a drainage system
along the route; additional trees planted with date
palms, purple bauhinia, bougainvillea, etc.
Quang Ninh awakens the potential of Bai Tu Long Bay
The
highlight of Bai Tu Long National Park is Ba Mun
Island, about 1,800 hectares wide, which is
considered a biological treasure with a variety of
flora and fauna. The forest here has many large
trees of the four-tree family such as ironwood, lim,
sen, tau... ancient tree trunks that 2-3 people can
hug; and many wild animals, underwater coral reef
ecosystem with 106 species.
